The Mind over the Body...
Ramon is the very secretive ringleader of the Rancor's Fang. Throughout the years of tracking the operations of the gang, very few lawmakers have ever been able to bring to light his criminal agenda, motives, base of operations, or even his full appearance. There are those that have seen him in person, but when he makes his presence known to someone, it is an occasion they never walk away from the same.... if they walk away at all. As the party tried to get one step closer to this mysterious man, he showed himself in a big way. The entire 13th Regiment felt the shock as their beloved helmsman Smyth turned out to be the very enemy under their nose the whole time, and gunned the entire group down in a massive trap... |

Domination through strength...
Nasch unswervingly serves as the right hand man of Ramon. All of the darker movements of the gang members pass through his area of influence, namely being assassination, terrorism, and the like. Nasch himself has remorselessly killed so many in his lifetime, that some say his cold heart is beyond feeling. A master of the sword rather than the gun, he shares an obsessive hatred for one certain member of the Vane Magic Guard, and even now holds an ace up his sleeve... Scott managed to rescue his love Tomoe, her merciless captor finally meeting his end on the Diamond Dreams stage, after nearly killing Scott and causing Seth and Johnathan to come to his aid and slay the Rancor scum. However, in this noble effort, the party's cover was ultimately blown wide open... | ![]() |

Domination through influence..
Saloni quite is possibly the most active member of the Rancor's Fang, whithout even seeming it. A very respected scholar and businessman, Saloni plays lip service to the governing bodies of Lunar and even serves on the police force, all the while covering the tracks of the Rancor's Fang and handling the dirty, "under the table" deals that provide the Gang with it's impressive cash reserves. Embezzlement, counterfieting, smuggling... if it goes on, Saloni is most likely behind it. Cowardly by nature, he will not stick around long if things get ugly for him. Bree managed to discover that it was indeed Saloni that had her father locked up back in Raculi, and ultimately led to his death. Through several battles, and the humbling of Liza, Bree finally got her chance for revenge, but she let him live rather than take his life. Until Ramon later tied up the loose end... permanently. |

Through which all things pass...
Liza holds a very important position in the Gang hierarchy, namely being the chief organizer of operations and "human resources". A very charismatic woman, she was the former understudy to Lane, the original Heart, until his rather... forced... retirement. It's rumored the popular nightclub "Diamond Dreams" that she runs in Zaback really is a front for the Gang's secretive meeting place. Not many could guess she is an effective user of her own deadly variation of Blue Dragon Karate as well. Though she had aided in helping Bree escape capture after the disaster at Diamond Dreams, she later was forced to fight her one on one for custody of the cowardly Saloni. Though Bree emerged victorious, it was indeed a passionate struggle for both. Liza held no regrets as she was knocked out by a more skilled opponent.. since she had fought, Ramon could not take her life. | ![]() |

If the Heart is corrupted, the Body dies...
Lane Moltovo held the position of Heart of the Fang long before Liza. Outwardly one of richest and most looked up to citizens of the great city of Meribia, few suspected he was an operative of something so sinister. However, as time passed, he began to resent Ramon's heavy-handed authority and started selfishly acting for his own benefit. When word of this leaked out, it wasn't long before his little power trip was ended by a few silver, a certain disposable assassin's sabotage, and the party. |
