Journey to the Blue Star, 19 years after the original Illusions of Grandeur...

On the reviving planet once known as Earth, Lunarian civilization has branched out upon much of the still-thawing terrain of North America, centralized upon the coast in the thriving capital of New Meribia. The moon that was the dimension of Lunar is now as it always truely was, a lifeless rock in the sky. Heroes both old and new have sought new lives in this recovering world, along with Hiro and the now-mortal Lucia. The Goddess' magic has disappeared from the world completely, leaving people to begin to rediscover the true power of their inner spirits and perfect the lost arts of technology. It truly is a time of gilded dreamers.

However, no dreams are without their nightmares. The brave explorers that unearth wonderous relics of the Great Age of Man unknowingly stir the slumbering demons of the Devestation War that ended the very era they wish to recreate. Though the Green Dragon Lure has seemingly vanished from the eyes of the people, the last ominous words of the Truth Seeker prophecy he guarded have not: "Zophar shall return to ruin the utopia." With Goddess nor Dragon on their side, will humanity be able to conquer the sins of the past, or are they doomed to lose their newly acquired freedom forever?
